I am so honoured and excited to share that I am this year’s Joanne Fitzgerald Illustrator in Residence! Thank you so much, IBBY CANADA, the TPL and the Young Family. Over the month of October I will be offering workshops for kids and teens in Character Design (online and in-person at the North York Public Library) and will be offering portfolio reviews and workshops for people interested in building their illustration practice or breaking into the industry. The sessions are free for anyone across Canada thanks to the generous support of the Young family. This program honours the memory of beloved children’s book illustrator Joanne Fitzgerald.
To sign your class up for an online session, book a portfolio review or take part in a free workshop, follow the links on the Toronto Public Library website.
