Happy Summer Solstice!
A season for outdoor adventures. This little one will be off on an adventure soon in my next book. I love making all the bits and pieces and inking the papers.
The next photo is one my dad (@steveirvine.clay) took this morning

Getting ready for the rain.
Today, I’m working on an illustration for a new book (Clouds - with @tundrabooks)
I love making these stormy skies.

When it’s rainy and grey, this little bunting will take you away. Another old one but I am working on new books. Right now, just sketches but hopefully I’ll have more work to post soon.
This last couple of weeks I’ve been reading,

The Secret Fawn cover! @TundraBooks It will come out Feb 2, 2021. My friend, @kallie.george wrote the story. I loved illustrating this sweet story. Have you ever had a quiet moment with a deer or fawn?
